Single Section Ladders
A single aluminium ladder is one that is a basic straight single section ladder and is the most basic of ladders. The main advantage of this type of ladder is the lack of complexity. This also makes them one of the cheapest type of aluminium ladder available. They are suitable for working against a wall or other structure at relatively low height.
It is very important to position this type of ladder correctly when in use as it has the potential to fall. You should choose a single aluminium ladder with a number of safety feature to make sure it is safe as possible. One of the most useful safety features is rubber feet, these allow extra grip to make it harder for the ladder to fall when it is leant up against a wall. Like other ladders you should also choose a single ladder that has some form of grip on the steps too. This is usually in the form of rubber tread on the step or a ridged finish to the aluminium step.
